Return Policy:

★ Returns or exchanges are very simple. Within 15 days of receiving the goods (based on the time you receive the item until it is shipped), most items can be returned or exchanged. However, they must meet the following conditions:

(1) All goods must be kept in good and brand-new condition.

(2) Audio-visual products (CD, VCD, karaoke, DVD, MP3, VHS, audio tapes, etc.), computer software, food, health products, medicines, cosmetics, etc., must be unopened before returns. If an opened item is damaged and cannot be used, played, or installed properly, we may replace it with the same product. Digital download products are non-refundable after ordering.

(3) All original accessories and packaging of the goods must be complete and complete. However, if the received goods are partially missing or damaged, you only need to send the damaged parts back for replacement, or request the missing parts to be restored; there is no need to return the entire goods.

★ If the above conditions are met, we will offer a 100% refund or exchange for you. (A small number of products may indicate return fees.) Food and kitchen appliances and utensils must be in brand new, unused condition, with intact packaging and complete accessories to receive a 100% refund. Returns are not accepted if there are signs of use or use. If you must return for special reasons, a return fee of at least 25% will be charged as cleaning, disinfection, and depreciation fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Digital download products are non-refundable after ordering. )

When returning or exchanging goods, please be sure to attach the invoice or a copy thereof, and circle the item number of the item to be returned or exchanged with a pen. If your return does not include an invoice, it will be difficult for us to find your information on the computer, which can lead to delays or mistakenly giving the refunded or exchanged goods to someone else.

★ If the goods you sent back require exchange and are due to the following reasons, you may request us to refund the shipping cost before returning:

(1) We sent the wrong item.

(2) The goods are damaged or defective and cannot be used.

(The shipping refund standard is the same as the method we use to calculate shipping fees for shipping goods, or the actual shipping cost we incurred to return your goods, which may differ from the fees you have already paid.) Since the shipping insurance company requires damage to be reported within 15 days of receipt, if you discover any issues with the goods you receive, you must notify us within 15 days. Once we agree to refund the shipping fee or provide you with the shipping company's prepaid label, we will send back the problematic goods or parts for replacement as instructed. After receiving a return, we reserve the right to inspect whether any issues with the goods meet the above return shipping fee conditions. If you fail to notify us within 15 days of receiving the goods, or if you have sent the goods back yourself and expressed your willingness to bear the return shipping costs, we will not refund the shipping costs. )

★ If you receive goods shipped by FedEx, UPS, or a parcel sent by the post office with an insurance policy, we have purchased shipping insurance in advance for such items. If you find any damage upon receiving such items, please contact us immediately for return or exchange arrangements. Please do not return the goods yourself, or the shipping company's insurance will automatically lapse and you will be responsible for all costs.

★ Most products come with shipping insurance, and electrical and electronic products come with a free warranty of 6 months or more. Therefore, if the product you receive is damaged or malfunctions during use, the insurance company will refund or provide free warranty (please refer to the warranty policy attached to the product you receive for details).

★ Send back your returned or warranty products:

Please fill out the invoice form (or copy) that comes with the goods and send it to us along with the returned items. Please pack the returned items properly to avoid damage during transportation. Lighter items (under 3 pounds) can be sent via post office; heavier items are recommended via UPS or FedEx Ground. For returns or exchanges over $80, please notify us in advance.
